Remoulade Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard, ground
  • 1 1/4 tsp mustard seed
  • 1 tsp celery, minced
  • 1 tsp yellow onion, minced
  • 1 tsp green bell pepper, minced
  • 1/4 tsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, ground
  • 1/3 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients and chill
